Practical mental fitness programs that help leaders and teams perform with greater focus, resilience, and clarity under pressure.

Train Your Mind. Strengthen Your Leadership.

power in the pause

Most leaders don’t struggle because they lack skill. They struggle because stress hijacks how they think, react, and lead.

In high-pressure environments, even the best team’s default to:

  • Reactivity instead of intention
  • Friction instead of collaboration
  • Survival mode instead of growth

Mental fitness training changes that.

It gives leaders and teams the ability to pause, choose, and respond with clarity, even under pressure.

Most development programs provide insight. This one builds mental muscle.

Mental fitness coaching trains your mind so that:

  • Better responses become automatic
  • Clear thinking becomes your default
  • Growth becomes sustainable

Why This Work Is Personal

long underline

Mental fitness didn’t start as a service for me. It started as a solution.

It changed how I lead, how I respond under pressure, and how I show up in every area of my life. It has transformed my life.

After experiencing the incredible results, I made a bigger decision. I invested in putting my leadership team through this mental fitness program.

What happened next changed everything:

  • Communication improved
  • Reactivity decreased
  • Accountability increased
  • Our culture strengthened

And our business performance followed:

  • Increased profits and margins
  • Better decisions
  • More aligned leadership

This isn’t theory. I’ve lived it…personally and professionally.

  • Best program ever! After reading Positive Intelligence, I was excited by what I had learned, but didn’t know exactly how to put it into practice. Then I learned Todd was a PQ Coach and immediately wanted to get involved. The weekly sessions and homework were not daunting but enlightening.

The PQ program provides an opportunity to create positive and sustainable habits with just a few minutes of work each day. Using PQ has also given me the opportunity to slow down, think, and reflect before I act: whether it is an email, a conversation with a client, or trying to remember where I left something!

  • Working with Todd and going through the Positive Intelligence program came at the perfect time as I was seeking a way to manage the noise and stay focused on what truly mattered. Through the course, I learned how to pause, reframe challenges, and recognize when my saboteurs were in control. Concepts like ‘catching the Judge’ and using PQ reps have been game-changers in both my personal and professional life. I now start my mornings with intention, prep for hard days with clarity, and most importantly, I don’t view anything as purely ‘bad’ anymore, just opportunities to find the gift.

I absolutely recommend the Positive Intelligence program. It’s like training to become a Jedi — you learn how to move through life with presence, purpose, and peace. Thank you, Todd, for helping me find this version of myself.

Frequently Asked Questions

Great question. I was skeptical, too.

But after learning more about the science behind it, I decided to give it a shot, and it changed my life.

At first, Positive Intelligence felt a little “woo-woo” to me because it was completely different from anything I had experienced in leadership or business development. And honestly, that’s a natural reaction when something is new or unfamiliar. Most people have never heard of Mental Fitness before. But after learning more about the science behind it, I decided to give it a shot, and it changed my life.

At its core, Mental Fitness is grounded in neuroscience, behavioral psychology, positive psychology, and performance science. The program helps people strengthen their responses to stress, pressure, and everyday challenges so they can think more clearly, communicate more effectively, and perform at a higher level.

The daily practices themselves are actually very simple. They involve short mental fitness reps that help you focus on your senses, slow down your thinking, and create more awareness in the moment. You could think of them as light meditations or mental workouts for your brain.

The goal isn’t to become someone different. It’s to train your mind so you can respond with more clarity, intention, and control, especially under pressure.

Not at all. In fact, this work directly impacts some of the most important areas of business performance, including decision-making, communication, leadership effectiveness, collaboration, and resilience under pressure.

The reality is that stress affects how people think, respond, and perform at work every single day. When leaders are overwhelmed or reactive, it impacts teams, culture, communication, and ultimately business results.

Mental Fitness helps people strengthen their ability to pause before reacting, navigate challenges with greater clarity, and lead with more intention and emotional control.

That may sound simple, but the impact is significant. Organizations invest heavily in developing leadership skills, strategy, and communication tools. But none of those things matter if people cannot access those skills under pressure.

That’s why Mental Fitness is so powerful. It trains the mind to perform better in real-world situations, especially during stress, uncertainty, conflict, and change.

And while the concept may feel new to some, this work is already being used inside Fortune 500 companies, high-performing leadership teams, and organizations looking to build healthier, more resilient cultures.

One of the biggest misconceptions about this program is that it requires hours of extra work every day. It doesn’t. The program is intentionally designed for busy professionals and integrates into the flow of the workday.

During the first eight weeks, participants build the foundation of Mental Fitness by strengthening new mental habits and rewiring negative response patterns. The focus is on creating small, consistent practices that lead to lasting change over time.

The weekly commitment is typically around 3 to 4 hours total and includes:

  • One virtual coaching session each week (45–60 minutes)
  • One weekly training video through the PQ app (approximately 1 hour)
  • Roughly 15 minutes per day of Mental Fitness reps and exercises

The daily reps are simple, practical, and easy to integrate into everyday life. Many participants do them between meetings, during transitions, while walking, or anytime they need to reset and refocus.

And honestly, most people quickly realize that this doesn’t add more stress to their schedules. It actually helps them manage stress, improve focus, and become more intentional throughout the day.

Absolutely. This work is designed specifically for real-world leadership and team environments.

The tools are applied in everyday situations like:

  • Managing stress under pressure
  • Navigating difficult conversations
  • Improving communication and collaboration
  • Leading through change and uncertainty

One of the biggest benefits is the creation of a shared language across teams. As people become more self-aware and intentional, communication improves, reactivity decreases, and teams work together more effectively.

I’ve experienced this firsthand after taking my own leadership team through the program. The impact on our culture, communication, and overall business performance was significant.

Most leadership and personal development programs provide insight. They teach concepts, strategies, and frameworks that people understand intellectually.

But understanding something doesn’t mean you’ll actually apply it under pressure.
That’s where Mental Fitness is different.

This program is rooted in neuroscience and focuses on building new neural pathways through consistent repetition and practice. Instead of simply learning what to do, participants train their minds to respond differently in real-time situations.

Just like physical exercise builds muscle through repetition, Mental Fitness builds stronger mental habits through daily reps.

The goal is not temporary motivation or awareness.

It’s creating lasting behavioral change, so better thinking becomes more automatic, especially during stress, conflict, uncertainty, and pressure.

Both, but the impact is often greatest when teams go through the program together.

The program is typically delivered in small cohorts of 5–7 people, which creates a more personal, interactive, and supportive experience. Participants can learn together, share real-world challenges, and support one another throughout the process.

That cohort model naturally builds:

  • Accountability
  • Trust
  • Stronger communication
  • Shared language and understanding

Instead of one person trying to create change alone, the team grows together. Over time, this creates a ripple effect across the organization as leaders become more self-aware, intentional, and aligned in how they communicate, respond to pressure, and work together.
