What is Positive Intelligence?
Positive Intelligence is your capacity to use positive emotions in manage life’s daily challenges. It is also called Mental Fitness. Positive Intelligence (PQ for short) training helps you to build and sustain mental fitness to respond to life’s challenges with a positive rather than a negative mindset, enabling you to think and act positively and constructively, resulting in better relationships, improved performance and productivity and greater peace of mind.
Our mental fitness program is based on breakthrough, original research by Shirzad Chamine and the synthesis of recent discoveries across neuroscience, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral psychology, and performance science.
